TTR Data‘s monthly report revealed the Brazilian transactional landscape for the month of January, recording 103 transactions moving a total of BRL 8.9bn in the first month of the year, US-based buyers led in inward investment.

The Internet, Software & IT Services sector is the most active with 31 transactions, representing growth of 3% compared to 2023, followed by the Business & Professional Support Services sector with 17 transactions.

The volume of transactions recorded represents a decrease of 26% compared to January 2023.
