There were 129 deals in Colombia, worth a combined USD 6.21bn, according to the second quarterly report in 2022 of TTR - Transactional Track Record.

The report provides quarterly analysis of the Colombian M&A market, and complete coverage of the sectors undergoing most consolidation, as well as the most prominent cross-border deals. Inbound deal making in the country was led by US-based companies, the report indicates, while the banking and investment sector led venture capital investments in the country.
